ADHD Recovery Support Programme

Providing you with tools for relationship building, work challenges, diet, exercise and sleep tips via a custom action plan within a supportive group setting.

Program Requirements

Eligibility

  • • Open to those with and without ADHD diagnosis
  • • Age requirement
  • • Borough residency
  • • Tuesday evenings 6:15pm-8:00pm availability
  • • 8-week commitment required

Commitment

  • • Attend at least 7 of 8 sessions
  • • Participate actively and respect confidentiality
  • • 30 minutes between sessions for growth work
  • • Complete pre/post questionnaires
